Terms and conditions of service
Scope of application
These general terms and conditions of sale shall apply to all contracts concluded with Concrete Technology srl hereinafter referred to as "Concrete Technology" with the end consumer for the purchase and delivery of goods from the catalogues www.bodsync.it, irrespective of the means of communication used.
Prices
The prices indicated are in EURO and include the legal value added tax, but not shipping costs.
Right of Withdrawal

Ordering Procedure/Conclusion of Contract
Orders and deliveries are only possible from/to persons over the age of 18. Orders and deliveries are not possible from/to persons under the age of 18.
The presentation of products and services in the online shop does not constitute a binding contractual offer. By sending an order to Concrete Technology the customer makes a binding offer. Concrete Technology reserves the right to freely decide whether or not to accept this offer.
The prices indicated for the product offered shall apply. In the event of incorrect product information in the e-shop, the customer shall be presented with a counter-offer, the acceptance of which he is free to decide.

Reservation of proprietary rights
The goods remain the property of Concrete Technology erl until receipt of full payment. Concrete Technology erl reserves the right to assert claims for compensation in the event of non-compliance with the contract, in particular in the event of default in payment or resale of the goods before full payment of the purchase price.
Image Rights
All image rights in the Concrete Technology online shop, as well as in all catalogues and similar documents, are the property of Concrete Technology or the Bodsync brand. Use without explicit permission is not permitted.
Information by e-mail
Concrete Technology's customers are informed at irregular intervals of the e-mail address provided at the time of registration or purchase, which may have been subsequently changed and which may contain commercial offers, general product and/or user information as well as free vouchers. You can cancel or delete your personal data free of charge at any time by telephone or e-mail in simple form. Customer data will NOT be passed on to third parties and will be treated as confidentially as possible. More detailed information can be found under the menu item "Privacy".
Privacy - Data Protection
All customer data will be transmitted electronically. Italy has very strict data protection regulations. In accordance with these regulations, we undertake not to pass on purchaser data to persons and companies, whether private, commercial or public, with the exception of the need for invoicing and legal obligations. Warranty
In case of defects of the purchased goods, Concrete Technology srl shall comply with the legal warranty provisions. Please contact Concrete Technology srl immediately in case of obvious material or manufacturing defects of the supplied items.
Concrete Technology srl is not responsible for errors occurring on the application by the user/purchaser.
Liability
We accept no liability for any printing or display errors in any advertising material due to slight negligence. As far as other damages are concerned, Concrete Technology srl is not liable for slight negligence.
Special conditions of the purchaser
If the customer uses his own general terms and conditions that differ in content from these, the general terms and conditions of Concrete Technology ltd. shall apply exclusively.
Other
Should any of the provisions of these terms and conditions be or become invalid, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions. Invalid provisions shall be replaced by the legal provisions that are closest to the economic purpose pursued by the parties.
