Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal
You (the customer) have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reasons. The withdrawal period shall be 30 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took or took possession of the last goods. Your decision to withdraw by means of a clear statement (sent, for example, by post or e-mail). You can use the enclosed revocation form for this purpose.

Consequences of revocation:
In the event of cancellation of this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs incurred if you have expressly chosen a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), without delay, and in any event within 30 days from the date of receipt of the cancellation notice. We have the right of retention until the return of the goods whose purchase has been cancelled by you or until you provide proof that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first. Refunds will be made with the same means of payment used in the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed. There are no costs to you as a result of this refund.

In order to meet the 30-day time limit, it is sufficient that the goods have been shipped before its expiry. Return costs are to be borne by the customer. If a loss of value is determined after the return of the goods, you are liable if the loss of value is due to the handling of the goods which is not necessary to check their condition, properties and mode of operation.
